did you drink any alcohol?? i am not a drinker, but i noticed something yesterday. i drank 3 glasses of dry red wine, then my mouth was so dry, i drank a half gallon of water right after, and i swear to you, i woke up 6 times in the middle of the night to pee. I feel great this morning and not bloated, and i'm 4 lbs less on the scale today. maybe thats what i'll do from now on when i am retaining water, just drink wine..

Now i know why most alcoholics are not fat.. they don't hardly eat and just drink all day and probably pee 22x a day.
