Paver And Other Intelligent Posters: Question About Being A Lawyer
Is it possible if your clerking for a law firm or a practicing as a lawyer you can be posting on gambling board during the day for hrs at a time or chatting in chat rooms for hours at a time??

Maybe its me and time have changes where you can be on the internet during a trial or in the courtroom talking in chat rooms about sex and gambling.

Can some guys give me some insight on the new generation lawyer?

Why don't you ask Deuce, he's an "honourary lawyer".

I know you can be installing cameras for a living and be in forums 24/7 but I will have to investigate with my attorney whether a lawyer can use an iphone while at work to post at forums.

sounds like an out-of-work, deadbeat lawyer.

            there are plenty out there.

It really depends on what type of law, their work load at the firm, and if they are a comfy partner with zero liability.

ok a couple of classics already in the thread

I just find it amazing if your in actual trial even if taking notes for the firm you work at that you can be posting on a phone

I thought phones and laptops were not allowed in courtrooms??
