Just wanted to update that i meant with a very reputable lawyer here. I was fairly impressed with what he had to say. Im looking at needing basically two things done for me..the first being the suspension of license and the second obviously the dui. He believes i have a better than 50/50 chance of the dui case getting dismissed but obviously depends on the camera now (which he has yet to see). I personally feel if im paying all this money that he should be able to have this dismissed no problem. With the license suspension he said he should have no problem getting me a BAIID installed in my car so i will be able to drive 24/7. He wants 2500 which seems about right considering what my other friends have paid but i'm going to shop around a little bit more as i'm not completely sold on him.
