    I didn't eat from 8 pm until now
    Just tired of all the junk. got choc ice cream in the fridge, sun chips, doritos, cookies,
    snack cakes, sour cream, cheese sauce, frosted flakes in the kitchen and i have no desire to eat any of it.

    All that from 1 metformin 500 **

    did make me shit 2 times between 12 am and 1 am

    Don't like being on a med but i can tell it took away some carb cravings and i woke up not tired

            TT, you wont only lose weight but by not eating, but also any muscle will start to deteriorate. Id advise just going on a normal diet with lots of Vegetables and Grilled Chicken (no oil). Fish will be good for you as well, try to cut the meat out. Get a juicer and juice everything, it helps. I juice everything from apples to cabbage to broccoli, feel great after.

              3 days be ok?

              I was getting ready to eat some pineapple with cottage cheese. No more high carb meals for me. Perhaps a couple days a week. Ive already dropped 5 pounds in 2 days

                Eat every three hours. Go to the store and buy fresh fruits and veges. Buy a couple pounds of chicken and some "zip and steam" bags, takes 3.5 minutes to steam a breast. Buy three or four diff't types of beans and black eye peas and make a medley. Cut up the chicken and make wraps or eat the breast whole. Eat almonds and cashews. C'mon warrior, you can do it.... But don't eat less, slows your metabolism down too much.

                And as the others said, cut out sugars but complex carbs are ok in moderation (oatmeal, whole wheats, fiber etc...) and you WILL lose muscle if you quit eating. 5 pounds in 2 days is prolly variance. Did you just piss and take a deuce?

                              uh yeh sam, i usually eat dinner late and then before bed and have for years so stick it up your ass. go take your drugs, drink your beer. You won't be around in a couple years anyway just like most of the 18-21 year olds here. Just a phase

                                  people still are under the impression that CARBS are fattening.. well guess what.. they're not. you can lose 70 lbs a year if you eat only carbs everyday. whole grain breads, yogurt, fruits, have tons of carbs. Eat alot of that each day and watch how much body fat you lose.

                                  carbs being fattening is pure myth.

                                            i am the exact same. i swear i can wake up at 9 am, not be hungry till 7 pm.. and then it's showtime for me. i swear from 7 pm till 4 am, i must go the kitchen 49x.. no joke. every 10 min, i go grab a food item. i can't stop. it's a sickness. it's like crack..

                                            i just forced a peanut butter sandwich now and i wasn't even hungry. i eat it cause i know that people that don't eat breakfast are way fatter. so i force it. i just wish i didn't eat 300 all day combined, and 5,320 calories at night. i wish i can divide it, but i can't.. i am never hungry all day, just at night.

                                                  bread is complex carbs but are bad if mixed with other foods. Nicky i thought you were on low carb and lost weight or you back to eating junk again

                                                    Insulin causes the body to store fat, fact.... Simple carbs, especially sugar, causes large spikes in insulin to return your blood sugar to normal range, fact.... eating simple carbs will make most people fat, fact.... The reason I say most people is because some people metabolize sugars differently.

                                                    But you are partially correct that complex carbs like whole grains are fine but in moderation. They are lower on the glycemic index and will cause a more gradual, sustained release of insulin as opposed to the insulin spike you get with simple carbs. Best thing to do when eating any carbs is eat fat with em.

                                                        capper buddy, you're right, i know gambling way more, however, i do know the Atkins pretty good. i did it about 53x in my life. you're telling me that you can't lose just as much if you eat Whole Grain bread, brown rice, fruits, tomato juice, yogurt, all bran cereal in the morning with 1% milk, and more stuff like this?? I know you can, and you will be so freakin healthy too. you will look healthy. and all this stuff here has tons of carbs.

                                                        each time i gained a ton, i had Atkins to bail me out. when i'd gain 23 lbs in 1 yr, i didn't care, cause it took me 3 weeks to lose 30 lbs on atkins each time, no joke. It works great, but it's not healthy at all.. you dont look healthy and you get tired of it. i got so sick of eating bacon, steak, cheese and eggs each day for 3 weeks. so i'd leave the diet, then 5 months later, all the 30 lbs are back on again, plus another 6. It's not an easy diet. it is at first, then you get sick of it. I figured what i'm doing now is better. eat healthy, drink plenty of water, and just never sit, always move.
