Actually Ive tried this thing called Balut..which is a filipino dish. Its baby duck egg with the baby duck still in it not alive.

Chicken feet are good.

I have had guinea pig (cuyi), alligator, frogs' legs, escargoe...

I'll try most things, but not everything. For example, in some places they eat tarantulas. That is one of the things I would never try.

I've had alligator as well. It was fried and came out looking like McNuggets and served with a dipping sauce. They were delicious.

Frequent a place called Amis here in Philly...they specialize in tripe, sweet-breads (thyroid glands) and tongue...I had their deep friend lamb tongue, which was ok...then they stepped it up to grilled veal tongue...insanely good...

porcupine when I was camping. stabbed it with a spear i made outta a branch. the meat wasn't too bad. That was the 1st porcupine I had ever seen too...not sure why we ate it, but it made sense at the time i guess

Also eat squirrels all the time when I camp...damn good

Had this also. Back in the day in the phillipines this was a bar favorite. Girls would push it on you said to make you hard for hours.

I sprinkle yayo along with vegan butter on toast and eat it....It's very good, doesn't get you jolted just gets your mouth numb.

Did a survivor man course long before Bear Grylls came a long. Killed and ate Massauga rattlesnake. During discussion after 7 days in the wilderness found out it was an endangered spieces. Oops.
On same journey ate squirrel, suckers (very, very clean water), turtle and beaver.
All were very good.

Fish head curry, includes the eye (7/10).
Chicken feet (0/10), never again, horrible.
Ostrich Steaks (8/10), susprisingly tasty.
Dog (advertised to me as beef in Korea), (8/10) when bbq'd it does taste like beef.
Century egg (2/10), not quite as horrible as it smells, but not nice.
