You dont need to weigh yourself every day. I weigh once a week. Make sure it's first thing in the morning after you piss, with just boxers on so you get a good reading. Nobody has mentioned HIIT. High intensity interval training. This is the best way to blast fat. Research it. When I cut I do a full body circuit and HIIT. Also throw in some other cardio, and hit up a sauna.
Sample:
HIIT 3x a week. 5 min warmup then the circuits. 5 min cooldown. You can use any type of cardio. any piece of equipment or just run/jump rope/anything.
Full Body circuit training. do this 3 times a week with at least one day of rest in between. 3 different lifts for each body part x 10. Go thru the circuit 3x.

Chest1 10 reps. Chest2 10 reps. Chest3 10 reps.

Mix in random cardio sessions. Hit up a sauna a few times.
Make sure your diet is good. It you wanted to do an easy no brainer diet, the Velocity diet cuts weight off you rapidly. It's basically 5 protein shakes a day for a month. The first 10 days is when you really lose, so i'd recommend this for the last 10 days. Make sure you read over it and do the diet to a T, theres other stuff that goes in to it.
Thoughts...The day before the weigh in, to dehydrate...around 5:00 quit eating and drinking. Some mma fighters do this for days, so dont do that. Your body cant handle it. Just start spitting (lol) to get the water out of you. No food, no water. You'll lose about 5-6 lbs i'd say by time of the weighin. Make sure you do like the mma guys at the weigh ins and have a sports drink/and or water based protein shake ready to chug immediately after. If this is for a substantial amount of money, you could do what someones posted and do a laxative/colonics. Ive seen the guys on tuf cutting, they'll get a sauna suit on layered. You have to do layers. one layer clothes, one layer sauna suit, clothes, 2nd sauna suit. something about sweating and not letting the sweat stick to your body and seep back in. Then they'll drag an exercise bike into a sauna and have a partner not let them out til the water weight is off.
