Word has it that there is reason to be optimistic about the NFL season this year. Both sides saying things are positively progressing and that a deal may be done by early July, which means TC's would start on time. It's also possible that the owners would lift the lockout as a sign of good faith, if they are close to a deal.

Nice to hear some good news coming out of the NFL. If things go well, we could see a deal done and free agency starting in a couple weeks and training camps starting late next month.
