Mall walkers are a pain in the ass

You know the ones, non-shoppers in there for the exercise, too cheap to spring for a gym membership. Their numbers increase tenfold during the winter and unbearably humid summer days. Good way for the cheapos to stay/get fit without battling the elements.

I was clipped on the arm by one today. Exited a store and was greeted by the forceful hand of not just an ordinary walker but a POWER walker! She apologized for the body contact then continued on her merry way, moving almost as fast as your typical jogger, arms swinging to and fro like a marching soldier.

the morbidly obese people that walk 1/4 mph in front of you are more annoying. They walk next to each other and you cannot get by. Thats the worst.

They are mainly senior citizens and usually do their thing in the AM at the mall. If you just avoid visiting the mall early in the day you can avoid most of them.

Yes usually seniors but where I am the winters are brutal - it brings much of the younger generation inside to do their walking.

You would be OK at our local mall. There have been several robberies in the last year, and that has kept a majority of the walkers away.

I don't go to the mall much anymore...well, ever. I do remember mall walkers thinking they have some kind of entitlement though. It would piss me off and I'd try to get in their way. Bunch of middle aged moms who are ticked off at the world and have nothing better to do.

No malls here in this two-light town. Do my walking in the neighborhood, up and down hills. About to head out for that right now, out of vodka so will select route that takes me by little liquor store on way back to house, roughly two miles in 35-40 minutes.

Well malls have pharmacies and grocery stores in them, gotta pick up the basics.
