What Was/Is Your Best Ever Baseball Card

I used to collect, haven't in awhile. Had hundreds of jersey/bat/game used cards and auto'd cards and thousands of rookie cards but off the top of my head my best was prolly a cal ripken 5 piece game used bat/jersey/hat/pants/glove all on one card serial numbered out of 25

ken griffey jr rookie was my favorite. i cherished that thing. Was easily my fav player growing up.

Ripkin in the three across would probably be the top card perhaps, I can't remember if I have his Traded 3B card anymore or not. I think my favorite card is a 1953 Yogi Berra card, not his RC but I like the card. Someday I would hope to get a Topps 65 and 66 set. the two sets I liked the most when I was a kid.

Wow! yes I would love to get my hand on one of those. Ripken is my all time favorite player and I have plenty of his cards but no rookies.

The Upper Deck Griffey Jr. rookie was a beautiful card. I also liked the Bo Jackson baby blue Fleer card from 87'. Gave most of it to my nephew, after realizing the markets were flooded with crap in the 80's and 90's. The light came on for me, when I went into a card store and the guy had like 1000 Griffey Jr. upper deck rookies stacked in a case.

Yeah.

Mine was gonna be worth a few thousand some day. Right.

Jordan Rookie!!! I have a few complete sets from the 80's. I have been meaning to taKe the whole collection to the card shop and have it appraised and sell them the "junk" cards and keep the good ones-- I mean I have a couple thousand cards sitting in a closet at my parents house...might be about time!

i think my collection is pretty solid. a handful of years ago i organized everything by team and then within that alphabetically by each year. i have about 6-1964 topps pete rose rookie cards and a solid 1958 topps roger maris rookie card. also have a bunch of hank aarons, willie stargell, orlando cepeda, ernie banks, ron santo, willie mays just to name a few off the top of my head

I have a Jerry Rice rookie card, but as a kid I wrote numbers on my cards with a marker, have no idea why, so there's a big 6 right smack dab in the middle of it.

Have a Franco Harris card, think it's from '83 autographed. Def my fav.

Yeah, I have that one too. Unfortunately, I don't think its worth that much anymore and I think I paid around $75 for it
