Cat Can't Go In The Litter Box

Good God! I hate that cat. It craps on the floor by the litter box, and then kicks litter on type of the pile it made. Damn cat is dyslexic. I'd get rid of the pain in the neck if my youngest boy wouldn't have a conniption about it.
