reaction toward losing a lot of money

How do you guys feel after a night where you drop a lot of money? Has anyone here ever lost upwards of 30% of your bankroll in 1 day?

How do you guys get through it? Stay away for a few days? slam some beers? smoke a fatty?

any input would be greatly appreciated

I threw a beer bottle into my big screen after a Tyson fight. Obviously a lot of alcohol was involved. It ruined the mood for the little viewing party I was having. Normal people don't relate to gamblers in times like these.

When I lose way over my head I usually break stuff until I injure myself. Start a fight with someone. Come home have sex then take a handful of xanax and percocet and fall out. Next day I make a plan to win it back.

lol both of those stories helped, I am rolling a huge fatty right now and I am 4 beers deep. Tomorrow- plan to make it back!

I lost a lot of my bankroll, so i have stopped gambling everyday and maybe have a $10 bet now once a week.

Priorities have changed.

Whenever I loose money I get very mad and start laughing nervously ) or at least that's what my friends who accompany me at the playing tables say
