I think it's up to you to check your local regulations. I know at pinny they won't report it and it was up to you to report it if it's over a certain dollar value. Are you talking any gambling like at a casino or online sportsbooks or what?

Offshore books don't report it. That doesn't mean you shouldn't, however.
