We are having one of those rare snow events here in Alabama. It started sleeting around 3:00 pm and then switched over to snow. We have about 6 inches so far. But the coolest thing happened a couple of hours ago. We had thundersnow. Thunder and lightening with the snow. WOW!!! Have any of you guys ever been in one of these storms?
And yes, the whole state has been shut down since about 3:30 pm Sunday.
