#9See if the gym you visit offers the 'stand up' or 'lay down' GLUTE machines. 3-4 reps of 10 usually is a good method to incorporate into your overall workout routine. I'd also recommend spending the $60'ish dollars on a personal trainer who craft a workout routine for you that will help get results faster.Comment -

#121... Wide stance Squats
2... Straight legged Deadlifts
Do these and you will be ahead of all the casual once/wk gym-goers who look the same as the first day they walk in.Comment -

#22squats...but instead of putting the bar on your shoulders (behind your head), hold it in front of you and rest it right in front of your neck. this will help with your form and is thus much better for you because it's easier to keep your back straight and not have the weight 'weigh' you down and make you lean forward. and you can lift more weight because if it's too much, you can more easily drop it. other than that, grab a 25 lb plate and hold it above your head with both hands and start doing lunges, move up to a 35 lb plate, then to a 45 lb. Just be sure that your knee is not going past your toes as you lunge. if it is, step further out in front each time you lunge. When i'm coming out of a lunge, I also be sure that I'm pushing up with the front foot and only dragging the back foot back up into place with the tops of my toes/foot rubbing the ground as it comes back toward my body.
I do all these things at my Crossfit gym and after about 8 months my wife is pretty impressed with what it's done to my butt and legs.Comment -

#25i got the best butt toner, but it might be too hard to explain. i'm drunk so i'll give it a try. you need a bit of room.
1. left lunge, right lunge, left lunge, right lunge (you should be about 12 feet from where you started)
2. backwards bunny hop, backwards bunny hop, backwards bunny hop, backwards bunny hop (you should be about where you started)
3. sprawl (like they do in the MMA to defend a take down.
4. stand up quick.
5. jump up in the air as high as you can.
repeat.
you will feel the burn immediately. all up your hammy's and butt. you will have buns of adamantite in no time.Comment -

#26Hey Pavy,
well all my ex's and other female friends say that I have a nice ass even with jeans on. I let them touch it too when I'm drunk but then I trade to touch they tittays. Even my sugar mama loves my buns.
Anyways, my legs have always been big since high school for conditioning for baseball.
All I do really is squats, leg press, leg curls and leg extensions. Don't forget the calfs.
I also use heavy weights and small reps.
The next day I might be sore depending on how long its been that I work that muscle group out.
So I give it 2 days rest then I do some Incline running or Stepper.
Consume as protein after the workout and carbs.Comment -

#27Deep lunges, deep squats not the quarter or half squat wasting the power rack shit either. Also genetics play a large roll in this.Comment -

#30Kettlebell swings, reverse hyper, walking in a belt squat machine, sled pushing and pulling, pull throughs, and deadlifts from knees either on blocks or in a powerack. Low reps high tension then go for an hour walk on off days.Comment -

#33If you are a beginner, cardio....best to jog,,after you build endurance jog then sprint for a minute and repeat...after that mix some light weight exercises or any type of isometrics to target areas.
However, key is diet and what you eat...It's all about Lifestyle....diet and exerciseComment -
