I would most certainly agree that most FF is disgusting, loaded in fat, and will lead to a very unhealthy lifestyle. However, once a week isn't going to hurt anybody.

Chick Fil A is about as good as fast food gets, the one around here always seem cleaner, and the kids working there are always polite.

I dont do alot of fast food, but do like Backyard Burgers Bacon Cheeseburger. When I was a kid say around 1968 or so, it was a treat to go to Burger King once a month or so. Now its seems for alot of folks going there daily is the norm.

3rd world countries may have some good food. I've been to a few. But the quality isnt there. They dont have institutions like the USDA at there disposal. So my statement stands. I'm talking about quality not taste. You cant tell me bird flu asia has quality food. Tasty yes, quality no.

I love Pizza, Burgers, oh god if I could eat whatever I wanted too. I envy all those folks who have super hyper metabolisms and can eat whatever they want. Im on strick diet now, high protein low carb. Need lose 25 ilbs by May. id like to see my ab's this summer before I croak. Being 45 doesn't help.

We just got our first McDonalds in town about two years ago. Only reason I ever stop there is to use the US Post Office attached to the same building.

If I had to pick though, as far as fast food, Boston Market is my favorite, and probably the only good thing ever to come out of that shlthole, Sonic is decent, and probably the lowest I'll go is Burger King. McDonald's is garbage. Wendy's is gross. Most fast food is horrible tasting, and horrible for you.

A guy I know who is one of those food/restaurant inspectors s told me that McD's usually has the cleanest facilities, kitchens etc. This is becuase they are always under the microscope so they have to have high health standards.

This food is shitty for the mind and body though. Eat more fruits veggies and whole grains.

Defintely Chute, dont eat alot of fast food myself and dont think they are considered that but mmm so good. mac and cheese and the sweet potato casserole
