IF the ad was so great, how come the republicans ABSOLUTELY SMASHED the democrats gaining 66 house seats, several senate seats and several governorships?

Perhaps the ad wasn't so great as it sure didn't make much of a difference and might have even helped the republicans.

When that ridiculous ad tries to blame the Wall Street Bailout on the republicans even though it was the republicans who voted it down the 1st time around only to get pressured into supporting it the 2nd time around due to democratic party fear mongering, I knew it was just another democratic party "hit" piece with very little basis in fact.
