I went to HS w/ Ken Griffey Jr. We were in the same gym class for three years. Also met his dad and Buddy Bell while in school.

Met a few guys on the job, all sports guys- Johnny Bench, Pete Rose (and played ball against Pete Jr in HS), Solomon Wilcots, Carson Palmer, and the bengals only HOF inductee Anthony Munoz- a super nice guy. The voice of the Reds Marty Brennaman, his daughter Ashley. Nationally syndicated talk show host Mike McConnell when he lived in Cincy and worked for WLW.

As a teenager, met Jerry Springer when he was a news anchor in Cincy he lived next to one of my best friends.

My buddy's bro-in-law is former NHL so him I guess and see the NHL crew a fair bit. Interesting thing about this list are examples of people reported as friendly (Tyson) and jerkoffs (Woods) considering what they do for work and their general media persona. Brock that would have been sweet to actually talk with Slash-with all the craziness I can see him being quite levelheaded, etc. Fun stuff here guys.

If you ever get the chance, may I suggest you go to the American Century Championship in lake Tahoe, in July.
Mario Lemieux (he gave me one of his golf balls) he was finishing putting on the 9th hole and I started yelling let go pens lets go Pens.

Stand between the 9th and 10th hole, the golfers old and new pros are happy to sign autographs and BS for a while. Go on a Tuesday or Wednesday, They are practice rounds and the players are more relaxed and willing to BS. Thursday and on forget about it, they want to win and no distraction.
After 3 pm, head over to Harrahs and hang around the reservation area, buy your self a beer and just sit their and see how many athletes and celebrities you can Identify.
