I think the whole "sex and the city" generation of women have made it to where they are cheating as much probably more than men. The problem is they can get away with it much better than a man. For instance if my gf tells me she is going to the mall with friends I dont ask any questions. If i say im going anywhere with friends I get 20 questions. I think most men just accept and dont care to be bothered while women they have to be all up in our stuff. I saw a news segment here in Jacksonville where it was talking about a website that helps people have an affair. They said that most of the new members were women not men. I forget the stat but there was like 20k + women signed up here in Jacksonville vs 15k men.

I forgot to mention in my last post that men will likely always cheat more because of the root causes: they're less emotional, hence getting less attached, and like sex more than women.

Strict monogamy already seems a little archaic to me, depending on how one defines it.
