are you living in the north pole?? or are you maybe in New Zealand or something. i swear to god i have never heard of 73% of your list.. and i am a comedy nut too..

you ddin't even mention the obvioius ones like seinfeld, the office, and about 223 more.. what the hell is a Lowdown, or Jpod, or lowdown, or community or eastbound and down..

There was too much amazingly good recent stuff to include it, but Seinfeld is a benchmark or course.

Lowdown = Australian series about an amoral loser reporter doing the celebrity column for a major newspaper. I love it.

Jpod = Cancelled Canadian series based on a book by the same name. (if you haven't heard of the book maybe it isn't for you, one for X-gen geeks)

Community = Current series about a bunch of misfits putting life back together, starting at community college. Chevy Chase is in it.

Better Off Ted is halfway through season 2 right now. It's formulaic and probably won't last more than 3 seasons, but it makes me giggle like an idiot even on 2nd or 3rd watching.

And if you like Seinfeld, check out Louie (on HBO now I think). Imagine a darker version, more focused on the stand-up and where the weird friends aren't quirky funny, but genuinely what that sort of person might be like if real.

Someone on this forum had Murray as his avatar... that guy slays me!.. he later showed up in a TV ad campaign playing essentially that same character... even those ads slayed me!

Nah. Don't think it has ever been on TV here in Australia.

Was recommended to me when I was on a Canadian comedy bender, because of Kenny Hotz (who plays Larry).

It's 'dumb' but it still makes me laugh even having watched all 13 episodes about 5 times.

I love the episode where they get "super powers" best. Or when Larry tests the penis enlargement spray.
