#739Went out for dinner tonight at an English pub. Had "bangers and mash", pita/hummus plate, and beef-lamb sliders with fries. I washed it down with a Sierra Nevada Kellerweis (hefeweizen beer), a Newcastle, and an Adios Motherf***er.
Maybe it was a lot of food, but I skipped breakfast and lunch today so it was my only intake for the day. I don't think I went over my calorie limit, but I'm gonna work out hard tomorrow to make up for it anyway.
Gonna pass out now. ZzZzzZzzzZzzzzz...Comment -

#751I made myself a homemade Egg McMuffin.
Sliced an English muffin, spread some butter on both slices, and pan-fried them butter-side to a light crisp. Then I fried two eggs in a little olive oil and folded them to a shape that would fit the sandwich. I assembled the muffin sandwich with mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, ham (didn't have sausage), and the fried egg. I added some pepper to the egg for taste and cayenne powder for thermogenic purposes. I threw the sandwich back onto the pan to crispen up the other sides of the muffin slices and also to make the cheese melt.
After it was done, I spread a little bit of strawberry jam on the uncheesed muffin slice and slapped it back onto the sammich. I learned this jam trick from my parents. It's quite tasty and we do it with McDonald's Sausage Egg McMuffins all the time. They give grape or strawberry jams if you ask.
I was just trying to get rid of some ingredients in the fridge before they went bad. Ended up being good.Comment -
