as the pictorial exhibits, for best results ensure that the woman forming the bowl is laid on her back on a cushion taken off of some hotel patio furniture, with another cushion propping her cinnamon ring straight up in the air, so you don't spill your breakfast........ i went with cornflakes and a few sliced bananas (and one whole banana) this morning.....
pretty much anything but pop rocks.... I shoved some of those in a bitch's box back in the mid 80's. dropped her off at the hospital, and never heard from her again......
