Not an expert but I imagine it is the Network card. Either way...those are some awesome numbers. The IPhone one is borderline unbelievable.

I have the HTC Touch Pro 4600 running 3G on ATT...ok in NJ...horrible in PA - Verizon dominates over here (won't even bother running the test). You're a lucky man. I need a IPhone.

Yeah I am on the 12Mbps plan. They actually have an 18 and 24Mbps but what I have is plenty fast enough for what I need.
