    Did u know the Irish DON'T eat corned beef & cabbage on St Patty's Day?

    In Ireland they eat fresh fish, leg of lamb or shepherd's pie. Just ate some delish home cooked corned beef & redskin potatoes the past 24 hours. Made some cabbage too for others but i don't like the taste. ​http://www.bustle.com/articles/14812...orned-beef-and

    Corned beef was never a thing in Ireland - but when Irish came to this country, they could afford corned beef (it's a cheaper cut) and for the micks who were used to a harsh life it fukkin' glorious.

    By the way, corned beef/cabbage/potatoes is a damn good meal to have a few times a year. I always liked it.

    The corn beef is OK, but the carrots, potatoea and cabbage are flavorless mush.


    Boars Head Black Pastrami Brisket, sliced thin, NOT shaved
    Good Swiss
    Good coleslaw
    Deli or Dijohn mustard
    Fresh Seeded Rye bread

    Also make them as sliders for a party.
