I heard from a reliable source that the guy had been asking his friends to take him to Popeye's for his Birthday for several months. Well today was finally his Birthday. His friends blindfolded him on the way their to build up the suspense. After they walked him inside he took the blindfold off and he realized that he was in an IHOP and not a Popeye's.
