It's a fake one. She had a fake tatoo of a heart on her foot. She said she would get a real one if her first album went plantimum, but was told my her father "no" and decided not to to maintain her role-model status.

It's like every time a poster starts a thread about some celeb chick, no matter how smokin' hot she is -- actress, model, supermodel, whatever -- there's always some posters saying dumb sh-t like A) Wow, she's ugly, B) Wow, I just picked up a chick last night who is 10 times hotter, C) I bang hotter broads every night of the week... yada yada yada...
