Thank goodness I don't have the internet knowledge to show myself .
I have had a number on nagging health issues that have caused some weigth gain.
Also,those little "sweetie pies" I have with morning coffee I've been throwing back haven't helped with the weight either.
Had a shoulder replacement 3 months ago,and now I have a knee giving me trouble .
Caught lyme's disease a few years back and have been a little physically screwed up since.
That damn disease will attack any weak joints I understand .
I really believe that is the reason for my joint issues I have had.
Before lymes, I looked like SICKLER,well ,somewhat anyway .
I had a buff body like him ,and was into running and doing pullups and pushups .
Well,that's history,as of the moment anyway .
I still believe I will make a comeback someday .

Abehonest you also have lyme disease, I got it about 6 years ago did a job on me too, thats why I need a heart transplant!Don't mean to freak you out ,but have you had a complete physical since.Comment
