Hey guys.

Had to change the schedule a little because of the stress involved with the lack of sleep I was experiencing; causing more Blood Pressure issues. I don't sleep well anyhow and couldn't find a peaceful time to lie down and not be disturbed-needed for something in life. I was sleeping twice a day for like 2-3 hours at a time weird hours. Now I'm back on a more organized schedule trying to sleep 5-8 hours from like Midnight to whenever I awake in the AM, getting up early instead of lying down during the day and missing out on EVERYTHING it seemed.

On a side note, I have changed my outlook on sleep all together. When I cannot get to sleep or wake-up real early wide eyed, I JUST get up and don't fight it. I was losing the battles over and over anyhow. I used to lie in bed and that was just misery not being able to sleep, worrying about it. I try and make things to do when I can't sleep like walk, read, TV, clean, organize, just anything so to not stress out about lack of sleep. I love good sleep and would get all anxious and stressed when I couldn't sleep. Well, I was awake more than I was sleeping so I had to do something to try and rid that worry, anxiety, high BP and frustration that came with insomnia.

2 things I really like are sleeping and eating. I eat to much and have trouble sleeping.

General, I hope you're doing well taking care of yourself, I have to move soon to the daytime because of the same reason, it's sad we have to move all food and unhealthy things we all love to do but it's for a good reason, at least Gen you didn't have this problem while young. Keep it up sir and take it easy, and of course post every once in awhile in the thread so you let us all know you're doing fine.

im going to start saving the pts again instead of shitting them away, after going 6 to 1800 in 2 days at the casino ive lost by 200 pts str8 there, but im still +ev there but i want to start saving.
