No sir, actually went into the hospital because of the risk of having a heart attack after a couple redbulls, I have high blood pressure and now have a an arrythmia in the beat, not that bad but if I don't stope eating, drin king, smoking, moving and pretty much else it'd be pretty much it for me... Oh well, good vacation it was... Glad to see you're still around sir, and keep on drinking juices high in vitamins

Wow. Well, it sounds like you should get some exercise and switch up your diet a bit. Maybe back off the red meat and pig, if you eat a lot of that, and cut back on the cigs and drinking.

Obvious stuff, but I hate to see my friends losing their health.

Do you ever jog? I used to jog around my colonia when I was in Mexico. Even though it was the barrio, I still get some exercize.

It did suck due to the fact you can do nothing besides see the nurses and are allowed to get 2 visits per day only, but had a good rest after all

Used to do a lot of exercise while in college, but as soon as I got my job during night time I stopped that, and yes, got to get out of the pork and red meat even though I bought half a pig last wekk as the custom around says... too bad on that side. Cigs are giving me a hard time, and I'm trying, all that tamkes is balls I know but I reckon I lack them for the purpose and can only lower the quota for now, drinks are not that bad, used to have them on my day off so it's nothing I have to worry about, I don't miss it. Will get back to the gym, that's for sure.
