Just one thing I picked up from his speech:
*He wants to change the name of GULF OF MEXICO to GULF OF AMERICA.
...LOL. Reminds me of the pro teams re-naming the stadiums.
...It's been the Gulf of Mexico as long as I can remember. Would only confuse me.
...Offer up naming rights to Exxon. GULF OF EXXON for $1.0Bill per year?

Last time I was in the gulf was 16 years old, family vacations during Christmas for 2 weeks. One of my aunts owned a 400 acre plantation near new Smyrna beach FL. We were in the golf fishing, swimming and the tide went out stranded us a few hours. Pretty crazy thing to happen in a 32ft cabin cruiser bayliner.

Fairly simple concept, Mexico brings nothing to the gulf and there is more USA land attached to it so why are we just handing them the name? Wouldn't want to confuse people I guess, change is so scary to the simple-minded.

Why do you even put this up? People want to know why this site cant keep up. It's the politicos that people talk on this site. It has nothing to do with sports. Unless you want to the SEC but that is no more.
