Stupid revenue raising laws imho. And too intrusive.

Kids with provisional licenses can't even use navigation. If a cop sees a phone in the cabin at all, it's loss of license.

what no way i need my phone to get back after making delivery or go to pick up so far no cop bothered me after seeing sign on bacj delivery for door dash be ware of my slowing down etc...

In Arizona the limit is 0.08 for DUI (which carries mandatory jail time) but a police officer can arrest you for less than 0.08 if he feels your driving has been impaired by alcohol at any level. So if your Blood Alcohol Level is 0.04 and the cop thinks that amount is affecting your driving, you're going to jail.

Agree with Goose. In my experience, 1 or 2 drinks leads me to feel a little more relaxed. But I don't believe it alters my judgment.

When you get to 4+ beers, Yes. You shouldn't be on the road at that point.

And the texting/phoning is a big issue. People drive too fast and talk as if they're sitting at home on the couch.
