Take your Social Security check you probably recently got and put the minimum down on a cheap used car. Expect terrible % rates but focus on paying it off quickly.
That’s the best you can do but do get the coverage required and a 500 dollar deductible to help offset the price.

If you are do any tax refund you can get a loan on that as well.
