I don't really get your point. Once again, as was the case under the Carter Administration, almost every country in the world emptied out their Prisons and their Insane Asylums and sent them to the American Borders. Biden did an even better job than Carter.

There was enough crime in the U.S. before Biden. But now, there are a whole new element of Criminals who have entered the American mainstream. The Politicians seem to be complicit with more and more crime.
