The CIA just torpedoed Trump’s Iran story
The CIA has reportedly delivered a classified assessment to the White House concluding that Iran can withstand Trump’s Strait of Hormuz blockade for at least three to four months before facing serious economic pressure. This wasn’t leaked by Iran. This wasn’t put out by Democrats.
This is Trump’s own intelligence community telling his own administration, in writing, that everything he has been telling the American public is false. A lie.
Trump stood in the Oval Office on Wednesday and said Iran’s missiles are “mostly decimated”— that they’re down to maybe 18 or 19 percent of what they had. The CIA assessment says Iran still has roughly 75 percent of its pre-war mobile launcher inventory and around 70 percent of its pre-war missile stockpiles. Iran has restored nearly all of its underground storage facilities, repaired damaged missiles, and has even assembled new ones that were close to completion when the conflict began.
We’ve been reporting this for weeks here at MeidasTouch, watching the satellite imagery, tracking the oil routes through Pakistan, seeing the production continuing on Kish Island. You didn’t need a CIA badge to see it. But now even Trump’s hand-picked officials at the CIA are confirming it: Trump has been lying to you about the Iran war.
And while Trump was busy claiming Iran is on its last legs, Tehran was meeting with China’s foreign minister in Beijing, being recognized as a global player on the world stage.

Trump[SIZE=16px] has been lying to you about the Iran war.
The Iran whopper, or Trump, back in September, said, "I'm paying for it, I'm paying for it." (The White House Ballroom)
Trump said the cost would be 250 million for the ballroom seven months ago, then 400 million a month later.
Now I'm reading about a billion dollars added, and despite what Trump said in September, it's starting to look like we, the taxpayers, could be on the hook for that billion.
Oh, I almost left out the best part, last September, Trump looked right in the eyes of the FOX News cameras, and told, I think it was Ingraham, I could be wrong, but he said, "The construction of the ballroom will not interfere with the current building."
A month later, Trump reduced the East Wing to rubble; it looked like the Rock Quarry Fred Flintstone used to work in.
