Just came back from the store after spending less than $100 to buy many pounds of beef, coffee and other imported goods and filled up my tank with $1.99 gas. Life is good when you are drinking Kool-Aid with orange flavor.
P.S. Anxiously waiting my $5,000 DOGE check and the $2,000 tariff rebate to go buy a ridiculously low priced townhome with my 50 year mortgage.

Sadly, this thread falls right in line with politics as a whole. Questions are answered with questions. When one side points out something that is terribly wrong, the other side points out a problem about the first side instead of addressing the obvious problem.

If the American public cannot agree that Biden was too old when he took office and his border decisions were awful and that Trump has used this 2nd term for himself, his family, and has no real interest in the lower or middle class, then all the American public is doing is seeing what they want to see. Or listening to a slanted news outlet that only tells half the story. The half that fits their narrative.
Using the comparison tactic between the two as to who is better or which party is better is a fools errand. Both have good points as well as terrible points.
How can citizens on both sides, if they are being honest with themselves, not know that?

I’m white, but only began to think I might be racist back when I went to high school in the hood in Wash. DC and got my pockets rifled when I rode the bus home late after sports practices or games. That got old real quick. But as soon as I went to work at 18 and a lot of the co workers were older black men, I quickly learned that the racism I was exposed to in the late 60’s - early 70’s was all bull crap.
