Vance said those things 8 years ago. He was wrong and admitted he was. People admitting their mistakes isn't a new thing. Its happened forever. It was a crazy time back then for many people, but many people composed themselves and realized their mistake. It also works the other way. Perhaps you have heard of divorce? You know, when 2 people madly in love one day and years later they can't stand to be in the same room. Heck, Billy Martin was fired and rehired how many time with the NY Yankees? The point is, that is life. Humans are flawed beings. There are prone to mistakes.
