If Trump broke no laws, it needs no immunity. What laws did Joey numbnuts break. If he is as bad mentally as the Right says, he is unable to break laws. If Biden broke laws, he is ok he now has immunity.

Actually it’s you who doesn’t understand . What Trump’s team is arguing is that Judge Merchan allowed evidence of Official conduct (while in office ) such as Oval Office meetings used to prove criminal actions .

The immunity opinion says evidence of “Official conduct “cannot be used to prove criminal actions even if alleged to be private conduct .
