Trump is presumed innocent when he walks into the courtroom, but Special Counsel wouldn't include detailed allegations it couldn't prove beyond a reasonable doubt.
That's just how federal prosecutors work.

No one died except a unarmed woman who was shot in the neck by a capitol cop. You are not being truthful. Also hundreds did not climb walls. Neither did thousands. Why won’t the FBI deny there weren’t any FBI agents there when asked about in congress? Why did Schumer demand Fox News stop Tucker from airing video evidence they were keeping secret?
