I tested my water quality at a laboratory and the results came back as bacteria exceeded the max level of 1 colony/100ml and iron exceeds the limit of 0.3 **/l

I never drink water bottled or otherwise unless I am very desperate. I have a well at the house but I've buried about 30 cats by now over the years in various places and other wild life has undoubtedly died within my well's cone of water gathering volume, so I would never test that anyways. It would probably scare the ole lady into making me do something about it and that can get expensive. Somethings are left better unknown. When people come over I don't offer the water because they are looking for a brew or even a soda or something. I do have som3 bottled water on hand but I can count how many bottles have be used at the compound each year on 1 hand.
