I cried reading through this whole thread. I thought it was bad enough when John, Louise, Genie, Sam and Spider left (for different reasons) but my heart is truly broken now. I'm typing this through a flood of tears.

I know he was a menace or a pest to some of you but when I first met him 13 years ago he helped me stay sane with a child was born wayyyy too early and I had zero clue what to do. He made me laugh, we giggled and argued, played up our schitick onlinle when we felt the forum needed a bit of a kick and I will not only never forget him but I will always adore him and love him.

The fat was trimmed and this place is 100% better. It has less posters than before, but the content here has vastly improved. With the exception of fading thomorino, there hasn't been anything that I missed with these posters leaving. Further, it's now easier to obtain useful info from posters here to win some wagers that I normally wouldn't have bet. For instance, Nasher's UConn pick, several USCPhilly's trend threads and Jibby's fading A's thread. For a gambling forum, I prefer this style than having 6-8 threads per day about female posters, getting dates, and crying about how pitiful is your life.
