Do you talk to anyone you went to high school with still?

I dont. Probably been about 12 years since I did. 40 now. My sister a few years younger did for a while but I think she finally lost touch with most of them in the last couple years. I saw someone I went to HS with on tv advertising for a small business by me and got me thinking.

I went to a 30 year school reunion last November. More than half of the people I went through high school with turned up.

Don't speak to many often, but felt like we had not been apart.

Yeah we had a 10 year reunion, I didn’t go for some reason. I think it was on during a football game I bet on probably, think it was thanksgiving weekend from my memory. That was the last to my knowledge of reunions

I still remember my 2 best friends from high school... we don't even talk anymore... we all have different lives. I think it's just a mutual respect in which life takes you where you need to go... and we all understand.

I think for women it's different... there's like 10 girls I know what still talk from high school... that's crazy to me.

Nope, move away after college, not even sure how most of those guys are doing now.
All I know is that a couple got into drugs and had a bad ending...

All of my closest friends are from grade school, and subsequently high school. Been friends for close to 35 years. Similar views and our Faith have been the bedrock. I know that's not normal, very thankful to have them, have gotten me through much.

facebook keeps me in contact with some but it is only on that site. not being close like we were.

I think it is different for women. My sister never talked to any of her college friends after she left and kept in touch with the high school ones.

I talk to one regularly meaning two three times a year but most are just Facebook fake friends.

Graduated back in 1990

Lost touch with most since I joined the Army right after graduation.

I only stayed in touch with a few of my closest friends.

I joined Facebook a few years ago and now I'm slowly reconnecting with some.

30 year reunion got canceled due to Covid back in 2020. It would have been the first reunion for me....

Yes, I grew up in NJ, I'm in CT now, via social media I keep in touch with three HS buddies regularly.
