If she doesn’t have this squatter removed before 30 days it then becomes a legal issue. Squatters who are there more than 30 days establish legal rights and courts can make it tougher to legally move people out. That’s why hotels won’t let you stay more than 28 days if you are renting on a weekly basis. They will make you check out for a couple days and then allow you back.
