Best time is now. Factories dont tell dealers when programs get better or rebates improve or get reduced. Its all month to month basis

theres no right or wrong answer. Every month theres some holiday to premote deals. Honestly sometimes its dumb luck. Maybe its a leftover because its end of year. Or maybe a leftover because its march and its literally left over last whatever model year

maybe the cars a demo and you are okay with 5k miles on brand new because thiey discounted it 5k when normal discount is $500

so many variables go into “the deal”. Just do it
