Moral of the story, when driving thru a mob of hood rats you don't roll down your windows and or leave your doors unlocked. The minute they start surrounding your car and banging on it you floor it and hit the gas and start running them over, maybe even hit reverse after if they dented your car.

It's in the US but don't know the state. The no parking signs look American. The cars are parked on the right side on the street. The guy taking the video has an American accent. The trees and grass and types of house on the street look similar to what you see in the Northeast. Bot sure if it's Connecticut but it could be Camden, NJ.
