I had a 2 year pass from Ticketmaster for Yuk Yuks and other comedy clubs in Vancouver once. I went to dozens of shows. Sometimes the same act back-to-back nights. Its good to laugh out loud. Good for the soul.

Average comedian who hasn’t been much of anything since 1998. But I give him credit he knows he wasn’t doing that great so he changed his comedy routine to target a certain audience knowing they’ll buy tickets to the show if you guarantee them you’ll make fun of liberals.
I give the right wing credit for this…..they will absolutely bring any dumpster diver up to the top if you say everything they want to hear

Yeah, I used to contribute to the show when they were afternoon drive time, not mornings
This was right before Sirius, when we were on WNEW FM.

Than Stern started to cry to Mel, Howard went to satellite radio, when O and A were closing the ratings gap.
Stern's such a hypocrite, he was boasting (crying) how there was no competition, how he king of the airwaves, blah, blah, blah.
Final straw was when O and A went on Letterman and absolutely ripped Stern a new asshole.
Right after this show Stern told Mel, fire them or move them or I retire.
(I was in the third row, Letterman's production people wouldn't let me stand in the wing stage side)

I watched about 20 minutes of it. I mean I get what he was trying to do but his jokes were very surface level. I mean none of it was original content, it was basically him just repeating the narrative I would see from any person who was opposed to the last 2 years and then he just added noises.

Well of course people that are quadruple boosted and are into Amy Schumer/Wanda Sykes/Patton Oswalt type of humor wouldn't think Jim Breuer is funny.

I know Jay Mohr and Jim Breuer, I mean we're not best buds or anything, but I know him.
Breuer the 1988 comic is very much different than the 2008 comic.

In the 80's and 90's he was anything goes, 'f' bombs, the whole nine yards.
When he and his wife had children he totally changed, he cleaned everything up, he wanted to set examples for his kids.
Having kids converted him into the consummate family man. I admire that.

He is what he is, a talented second tier comic.
Top tier being Carlin, Pryor, Murphy...
Second tier being Mohr, Steven Wright, Breuer...

If you don't like him I get it, comedy and music, it's all a matter of taste, but for a four or five year period Breuer was an 'A' list comic and he was selling out the best comedy clubs on a consistent basis.

I don’t think anyone will hang their heads in shame. No matter left or right people are stubborn and don’t admit to anything they do as wrong. Also not really sure what is going to be the big moment that would dictate this hang heads moment.

they might not admit it but they should. Odds are they will keep on lying to themselves. How many times have governors broke their own Covid rules and mandates? Pelosi and Lightfoot can get a haircut but not you. DeBlasio can go to the gym but no you. Newsome can eat at a restaurant indoor without a mask but not you. You must stay 6 feet apart while waiting to get on a plane but then you sit inches apart for hours in a tube with a mask unless you want to eat something. Because we all know the Covid takes a break while you eat. Its fukking hilarious and pathetic at the same time. I have been saying it from the getgo.

The video is a hilarious take on how people are in real like and how they will believe just about anything. I get it. Not everyone does.
