No I did not. I had no help. Completely self made.

I will say this Jibbby, you’ve never had a wife or any kids so that does make it easier along the way. Not taking anything away from what you’ve achieved. If I could do it all over again. I would have never gotten married and I would’ve never had kids, until the day I was established myself. I did things backwards and I’m still paying for it till this day.

I spent alot of money on hot girl friends over the years Jerky, trust me on that. Lived with 2 of them, one for 5 years and the other for 3 years. Never pulled the trigger on marriage or kids. I never minded being single either.

Yes that saved me money. No divorces on the record where the X wives take half.


My golden touch was timing and luck with real estate, I'm not a genius but worked hard and smart. 25-30 years ago real estate was affordable, mortgage loans were giving out like candy. I took advantage of that. I worked for a Property Management Company coming out of college and with that I was hanging around rich property owners and learning about the investing powers of commercial real estate. That was the game changer for me.

I was also always niffty with starting up small businesses and making them work and profitable in my 30's after quitting the Property Management Job in my 20's.

Now I'm a lazy gambling bum that is retired. ..

I'm blessed and can't complain. I'm not super cash rich today Jerky but comfortable. I'm property rich though. I get rent checks coming in off my real estate investments each and every month for doing nothing now and that is all I need and does the trick.
