Yeah, sounds like just another day in New York. I am sure whomever was behind this is homeless, has been arrested 20 times, and suffers from mental illness.

And the poor guy's public aid lawyer will stand with him up in front of the judge and blame society and how the offender is just a victim of circumstance and the judge whose hands are tied releases the offender on 200 dollar bail.

Two weeks later we find the offender again back in front of the judge again.

Rinse, spit, and repeat.

Fred can you get me a Prime membership and what does your arm workout consist of?

Well my picture is from 2013 I think at age 46-47. I'm not that big anymore. I still do 100 pushups on workout days. 6 total sets (17X17X17X17X16X16) in between my arm work. I do standing curls 3 sets with 80 lbs then I do sitting overhead tricep extensions with a 35 lb dumbbell. Actually if you have a bench press available then super narrow grip benchs are even better for your triceps. I do the pushups in between each arm exercise resting maybe 4-5 minutes in between
