I would estimate 2022 to be about 65-75% of a 'normal' year."

Well sir it is a very long trip from the east coast so I get it. We usually do Hawaii at least once or twice a year plus work trips, so this is kind of a bummer for the gaucho fam.

Employers have 'conditions of employment' or 'terms of employment' if you will.
They can't discriminate against black or white, in other words they can't have a hiring stipulation "white's only"
But they can state as one of the terms of employment "must be vaccinated" if their business is in the health industry for instance or public services.

Some companies has social media guidelines too as terms of employment.
First amendment rights are not in my wheel house, that's not what I do for as living, but if those conditions are in place then they must be legal.
