The Nextdoor app in LA Is legit one horror story after another. People getting their catalytic converters stolen every night, dogs are being kidnapped, muggings, break ins, etc. things are getting ridiculous. My brothers college roommate was killed by a homeless guy in his own backyard mid day last year. My brother was renting an air bnb out here at the time and was gung-ho on staying permanently until that Shit storm.
