I'm upset with this too. However, he has mental disorder and was released by the hospital. There are way too many mentally disturbed people out on the street in NYC. Most are living in the subway system. I guess the question is do they have any rights to be released? If so, who keeps tab on them? Were they released early because of the pandemic?Comment -
