Most homeless enjoy living on the streets. It becomes a life style for them. As far as I'm concerned they don't need help at that point.

1. Phone was stolen from the thieves that kept hitting him.
2. Lost his charger.
3. Didn’t pay his phone bill

JIBBERS-your missing they are clearly mentally ill....a rational person does not shurg their shoulders and go to sleep in a ditch.... there is a small % sure...but 99% are mentally ill, or have a drug problem

Most homeless become mentally ill from doing hard drugs, drinking heavily and not eating proper nutrition over the years. Begin to hear voices in their heads and begin making little to no sense in general. They start talking to themselves also. I blame mental illness on drug and alcohol abuse for about 90% of the homeless people you see in tents on the streets.. Junkies!
